Grate Flames is owned and operated by Joe Woods.
We are located in the lovely Sierra Nevada Foothills. Joe
Woods(Owner) moved to California from Tennessee over
10 years ago, with 7 years experience in apartment and
casino maintenance. He also has several years in residential
and commercial building construction.
While living in California, Joe has worked in the Hearth
Industry for over 9 years. He fell in love with making people
warm and happy all year round by installing their new hearth
products. Joe acquired his NFI (National Fireplace Institute)
Certification and State Contractors License and began his
own business as an independent hearth products installer.
Grate Flames is also a member of the nationally known
HPBA (Hearth Patio and Bar-B-Que Association).
Joe loves to help new and past customers with all of their
hearth and patio needs. If you need a Consultation to find
